The Honor Chapter Award was changed in 2003 to the Quality Chapter Award.

Quality Chapter:
RECOGNITION: This is a temporay pocket patch changed annually and features a Trapper/Mountain Man of the area. This patch can be purchased and worn by the members of the chapter(s) that earn the award for the current year. This recognizes chapter members present at Founder's Festival and received a free patch.

Quality Chapters:
2006 - Chapters 2, 4, 6, 10, & 13 -
2005 - Chapters 4, 5, 9, 10, 13, 15, & 25 - Jedediah Smith patch
2004 - Chapters 3, 4, 10, & 15 - Kit Carson patch
2003 - Chapters 4, 6, 7 & 15 - Thomas "Broken Hand" Fitzpatrick patch

Honor Chapters:
2002 - Chapters 1, 6, 7, 9, & 10 - The Peter Skene Ogden patch
2001 - Chapters 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, & 11 - The Jim Bridger patch
2000 - Chapters 3, 6, 7, & 11 - The John Colter patch

Quality Chapter Requirements for 2006

1) The Chapter experienced positive growth in its membership.
2) The Chapter inducted a minimum of 50% of its eligible Ordeal members into the Brotherhood.
3) Three members of all chapter officers, committee chairman and their advisers attended the Lodge LLD Course.
4) The Chapter participated in a Lodge approved Community Service project.
5) After contacting each Troop and Team in the District, the Chapter conducted elections in every unit desiring an election. The election teams were trained and all team members were in proper uniform during each unit election.
6) The Chapter contacted all troops and teams in the District concerning the implementation of the Order of the Arrow Troop/Team Representative program.
7) The Chapter conducted camp promotion visits to 80% of the troops and teams.
8) The Chapter will update all dues paying member records and certify all adults are registered with BSA.
9) The Chapter conducted at least one outdoor activity which included one night of camping.
10) The Chapter had youth representation at 5 out of the 6 Lodge LECM's.
Complete 4 of the following elements
11) Meet as a Chapter Key 3 quarterly discussing the progress of the chapter and ways to improve the district-chapter relationship.
12) The Chapter has at least one active certified Ceremony team. (Pre-Ordeal, Ordeal, or Brotherhood) (Does require Lodge certification)
13) The Chapter conducted at least one Calling Out Ceremony.
14) The Chapter has one new LNT Trainer.
15) The Chapter trains 50% of active Arrowmen as Leave Not Trace Guides
16) The Chapter had representation at the W5D Section Conclave.
17) The Chapter planned and conducted at least one Brotherhood Ceremony either as a Chapter or in conjunction with another Chapter.
18) The Chapter participated in at least four public relations events such as Eagle Ceremonies, Arrow of Light Ceremonies, etc.

Nuwingi Chapter Award: camping equipment or cash in the amount of $30.00 for the chapter.

Kichkinet's Chapter Award: A piece of camping equipment or cash in the amount of $30.00.
