Camp Kiesel and Camp Browning are twin camps located in Ogden Canyon - Camp Kiesel is down below and the first one that you come to. Camp Browning is the upper camp and you must go up the hill to get to it. They are set way back in forested land. Lots of trees and mountains. It is approximately 25 miles from Harrison Boulevard and Ogden Canyon to the camps. Once you get to Huntsville, take Utah Hwy 39 to the Red Rock Cafe(approx. 8 miles to the cafe), then it is another 3 miles to camp. There is a sign that says Camp Kiesel, Camp Browning and Causey Dam shortly before the Red Rock Cafe turn-off. If you are coming from Wyoming via I-84, Highway 89 North connects on to Harrison Blvd. which will take you to 12th Street where you pick up Ogden Canyon. Approximately 3 miles from I-84 via 89 to Harrison Boulevard, turn right onto Harrison Blvd. and proceed as above.
